In collaboration with Commando Mindset Gym, Kanga are offering two action-packed, three-day programmes designed to get teens moving, motivated, and feeling great! Our Beginners Guide to the Gym, Strength & Cardio sessions are perfect for anyone looking to build confidence in fitness, from learning how to use gym equipment safely to improving strength, stamina, and technique. The days will be full of energy, and a brilliant way to stay active, make new friends, and kick-start a lifelong love of fitness. All of this in the brilliant facility of Commando Mindset Gym a functional strength and conditioning facility designed to make you stronger, fitter and overall more robust. The qualities and values of the Commando Mindset being the backbone of the venue.

Running 29th and 30th December with Friday 2nd January as a completion Hyrox Sim Day for everyone - the latest global fitness craze that mixes running with functional workouts for a fun and fast-paced challenge!

Parking: Parents/carers can park just behind the gym for easy drop-off and pick-up.
Try to arrive a few minutes early so we can kick things off on time.

Day 1 Monday
10:30am โ Meet & greet
Weโll get to know each other, explain what HYROX is all about, show you the exercises and work through Stations 1โ4
12:00โ1:00pm โ Lunch
1:00โ1:45pm โ More HYROX demos
Once lunch has gone down, weโll cover Stations 5โ8
1:45pm โ HYROX workout
Time to put it all together and give it a go!
Day 2 Tuesday
10:30am โ Welcome chat & quick recap
11:00am โ HYROX sweat session
A fun, high-energy workout
12:00pm โ Lunch
1:00pm โ Strength session
Learn the main compound exercises that really help with HYROX training
2:00pm โ Open gym
Practice, move and build confidence in the gym space

Comfortable gym clothes
Trainers suitable for indoor training
A water bottle (youโll need it!)
Lunch is provided, so no need to bring food unless you have specific dietary needs.
If thereโs anything we should know about injuries, medical conditions or extra support needed, please let the coaches know before the sessions.
